Puding Roti (Simply Delicious Bread Pudding)

6 slices of breads
3 spoon of butter
2 cups of evaporated milk
3/4 cup white sugar
4 eggs

Heat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Beat 4 eggs until the white and yellow completely mixed (you'll notice it become bubbly). Add sugar and milk, and stir. Tear the bread to small pieces. Melt the butter and drip it onto the bread pieces. Then transfer the bread pieces into the mixture of eggs, milk and sugar. Allow the bread to soak in the mixture, don't force the bread into the mixture by stirring or other forcing methods. Then transfer to baking pan. Bake for 16 minutes, then change to broil until the top of the pudding become brown yellow or cooked.

Mee Kari (Curry Noodle)

1 packet of noodle (I used spaghetti as substitute)
a bit of oil enough to cover the bottom surface of your cookware
1/2 can of Chaokoh coconut milk
1/4 or 1/2 of sweet onion (sliced)
3  table spoons of curry powder (if you like curry flavor you can add more)
3 drops of lemon juice
hard boiled eggs
your preferred vegetables

Add oil into your cookware and heat it up.  When the oil is hot, add sliced sweet onion and wait until it become a bit yellow (not until brown). Then add 5 table spoons of coconut milk and curry powder, and stir. Reduce the heat and allow the oil from coconut milk to get out under this condition (this is a bit difficult to get from canned coconut milk, however when it get bubbly and dry you notice the color of curry mixture become more concentrated; that is when you can proceed to the next step). This step is essential to make the sauce tastier. If you want to add chicken or meat you can add at this time, and allow the protein to be half cooked. Then you can the remaining coconut oil and stir, if the mixture is too concentrated add more water. One thing to note about coconut milk from can, it can be a bit chalky and concentrated, to fix the taste you can add about 3 drops of lime juice or any acid (could be tamarind or orange juice) to make it less chalky and tastier. Add your favorite vegetables (I recommend hard vegetables like carrot). Wait until curry boils and serve with noodle/spaghetti and hard boiled eggs.

Noodle: if the noodle is uncooked, put it into hot water to remove the chalk before serving.
Spaghetti: boil water with 2 spoons of oil, when it boils add spaghetti and wait until it is cooked.

A bowl of curry noodle by my bed, the cucumber was uncooked. I added some seafood in the curry.  Bon apetit.
